Purpose and Aim of the Schürch Family Association

The Schürch Family Association of Switzerland, abbreviated SGNS, exists since 1981. The purpose and aim of this association is predominately to conduct family research, preserve family recollections and gather sociably on a regular basis with namesakes, kinsmen and other interested persons.

If you are interested in your own family research (family chronicle, compiling a family tree), or if you are just interested in participating at our gatherings, then consider becoming a member of the SGNS. The SGNS has its own research team. Almost all the Schürch "Places of Origin" have been researched. Publications relating to this research work are available.

As an SGNS member, you will receive the booklet entitled "Schürch Histories" which is published at least once a year. Also, you will be invited to attend all our events. Perhaps you might even benefit from our comprehensive research results. Possibly you may also have something to contribute. We gladly await your inquiry.
